I don't have the exact case for toast baking. Instead, I used a far flattened plate to bake my dough. The surface came out to be nice but with a stretching-out gesture. It is really a wet-kind and solid bread. Having it at 3 in the afternoon, I apparently don't need anything for dinner.....Oh, by the way, because of its wet nature, it doesn't make you thirsty at all which is a good thing, I guess. (Recipe is in the previous post with some alteration.)
